A,M products are shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please also note that your parcel can be delayed and held by customs.
Unfortunately since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country we have no details or control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by extra costs.
RETURNS - If you wish to return an item, please ensure you make your return within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and all original packaging, labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
To complete your return please send us a request at email@example.com and we will provide you with a return form. Do not ship your return back without this form, as it will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Please return goods using a tracked and insured courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been sent to a country outside of the European Union, customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by the courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To complete your exchange please send us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with an exchange form. Do not ship your exchange back without this form, as it will not be processed.
REFUND - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
